Please use the service "Google Tasks Client" provided by the Google Tasks Client Team (hereinafter referred to as the "Management Team") only after agreeing to these Terms of Use.

Article 3 Conditions of Use of the Service

Article 6 OAuth Authentication

Users shall only be authorised to use the service if they have been authenticated via the Google OAuth authentication button on the service. If the email address is no longer under the control of the user, the user shall change the email address to another available email address under the control of the user. users shall be solely responsible for maintaining their own email addresses and passwords. members shall not transfer or allow any third party to use the email address and password used for OAuth authentication. Any consequences arising from such use and any liability arising therefrom shall be the sole responsibility of the registered user. Article 7 Withdrawal from the service

As the service only uses Google OAuth authentication and does not keep the user's membership data on an external server, there is no concept of deleting membership data (commonly referred to as "unsubscribing"). If you wish to disconnect the service from your Google account information, you must do so yourself by disconnecting the service from your Google account information on the site. In that case, the management team shall not be obliged to keep the registration information or contents of the member who has been blocked, and shall not be responsible for any damage caused by it.

Article 8 Maintenance of the usage environment

Users shall, at their own expense and responsibility, prepare, connect and operate the necessary equipment, software, communication means, etc. in an appropriate manner. The .com Management Team shall not be involved in or be responsible for the User's usage environment.

Article 9 Handling of Personal Information

The management team shall handle personal information appropriately in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" of the management team.

Article 10 Access to and Use of Statistical Data

The Management Team shall prepare statistical data, etc., by processing, compiling, and analyzing the contents, registered information, etc., in such a way that individuals cannot be identified or specified, and shall not use such usage history or statistical data, etc., without any restriction (including allowing third parties to view or use such data, providing such data as marketing materials, developing new features of the Service, and conducting market research). Article 17 Transfer of Rights and Obligations

Users shall not transfer or lend any rights or obligations based on their position under these Terms and Conditions, etc., to a third party or offer them as collateral without the prior written consent of the management team. In the event that the management team succeeds to the business related to the Service through a merger, transfer of business, or any other reason, the management team may transfer the status under the Terms and Conditions, the rights and obligations under the Terms and Conditions, and the user's registration information and contents to the successor of the business.
