Create subtasks with AI
Add subtasks under a task and drag to reorder them. Completing a parent task also completes its open subtasks.
Give tasks one of three priority levels, shown as an icon in the list.
Completing, deleting or rescheduling a task can be undone right away from the on-screen notification.
Move a task to another list from its details or by dragging. Its open subtasks move with it.
Right-click a task to delete it straight away.
Show or hide completed tasks, or delete all the completed tasks in a list at once.
URLs you write in a task become links you can click to open.
Tasks created from Gmail, Google Docs or Google Chat show a button that opens the original item.
Completing a task sets off a fireworks animation.
Pick a due date on the calendar and add a time. Times can be shown in 24-hour or 12-hour format.
Repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, with custom intervals, multiple weekdays, a set day of the month, or rules like the second Tuesday. Completing a task creates the next one along with its subtasks.
Move all your overdue tasks to today, tomorrow, next week or a date you choose. You can also spread them over 3 or 7 days, highest priority first, or remove their due dates.
With the sort order set to Manual, drag a task onto Today or Tomorrow to change its due date. Dragging it onto All removes the due date.
Choose the default due date for new tasks: no due date, today or tomorrow.
Today, Tomorrow, After tomorrow, Past and All show tasks across all your lists, with a task count for each.
Today also lists overdue tasks under their own heading. Click the heading to expand or collapse it.
Search titles and details across all your lists. Even if you only half remember a keyword, similar words will find the task.
Switch filter and search results between a parent-child tree and a flat list.
Choose manual (drag), date, alphabetical or priority order. In date order, tasks on the same day are sorted by time, then by highest priority.
Choose date, task list, last updated or priority order.
Keep the lists you use most at the top of the sidebar.
Order your task lists manually by dragging, or alphabetically.
Choose a background from 12 colours for each task list, so you can tell at a glance which list is open.
Print a task list or views like Today and Tomorrow, or save them as a PDF file.
