It refers to information that can identify a specific individual by description etc. and information that can identify a specific individual such as facial features (personal identification information).
After OAuth authentication, this service acquires the user's profile (name, email address, icon, etc.) and task information. If the user purchases the Full License or subscribes to the AI Plan, this service acquires information about the purchase or subscription (such as the purchase date and subscription period). Payment information such as credit card numbers is collected by Stripe, our payment processor, and is not collected by the management team. If the user uses the AI feature, this service records the amount of usage (such as the number of tokens). Users shall not be prompted to enter their email address or password within the Service.
Acquired personal information is stored on the device on which the user uses this service (locally) and on the servers approved through OAuth authentication. It is also stored in or sent to the following external services to the extent necessary to provide this service. ・Google (Firebase): sign-in, and management of purchase and subscription status and AI feature usage ・Stripe: payments for the Full License and the AI Plan ・OpenAI: creating subtasks with AI (see "4 Handling of data in the AI feature")
This service has a feature that creates subtasks for a task using AI (the "AI feature"). The AI feature runs only when the user uses it. When the user runs the AI feature, the title and notes of the task, the titles of its existing subtasks, the number of subtasks to create, and the app's display language are sent via the management team's server (Google Cloud) to the API of OpenAI (United States) to create the subtasks. To detect abuse, an identifier converted into a form that cannot directly identify the user is also sent. The content of the tasks sent is not stored on the management team's servers. The management team records only the amount of usage needed to manage usage limits. OpenAI does not use data received through its API to train AI models. However, under OpenAI's policies, the data may be retained for up to 30 days to monitor for abuse. The management team does not use information obtained from Google APIs to develop, improve, or train AI models, including generalized AI models. This service's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
